December Pack Meeting
Pack 996 had yet another great evening of fun with prizes for popcorn sales. The top seller earned a perpetual trophy that will be passed on to future top sellers in the pack. Wolf Den 8 won for the den with the most sales. Scouts who met their goal of $250 got to throw a water balloon at Cubmaster Ronnie. Even though he was able to dodge and deflect some of the balloons, Mr. Ronnie could not avoid the cooler dump of ice cold water.

Scouting for Food
One of Scouting’s foundational principles is “doing a good turn daily.” Scouts at all levels of our program participate in good turns and service projects. Some of these are for a rank advancement, the most famous being the Eagle Scout project. Others are being good citizens or environmental programs to make our neighborhoods and communities better places to live. Do you know about Scouting for Food? 2015 Meridian Day Camp This year’s theme was Knights of the Round Table. Scouts from Danville and San Ramon gathered at the Little Hills Park for a week long adventure with archery, BB Guns, crafts, and much more! 4th of July Parade July Pack Hike For July’s hike, Pack 996 scouts met at Cowell Ranch Beach in Half Moon Bay.
