2 Webelos Scouts (and their parents) made the long trek to the beautiful Camp Wolfeboro. We hiked, swam, boated (in row boats, kayaks, and canoes), enjoyed 2 campfire programs, ate s’mores, shot BB guns and arrows, geo-cached and so much more! We also met up with former Pack 996 Scouts

Pack 996 was treated to an Astronomy Night put on by the Mount Diablo Astronomical Society (MDAS). It included hands-on astronomy activities followed by supervised observing through the many different telescopes of the MDAS members to view the Moon, planets, stars, galaxies and more.

Pack 996 participated in the Danville Kiwanis 4th of July Parade! Together, we marched, waved, sang, and gave away goodies to thousands of cheering folks.

Our pack had a great time at our annual picnic where we presented the rank badges to our Scouts, ate great food, and had fun playing games. This year we had a Mad Science show where kids learned a lot about science while having lots of fun! New tigers!
